About the Role

CityHop Delivery is looking for outgoing, self-motivated Field Sales Representatives to help us build relationships with local businesses in communities across Ontario.

You will introduce businesses to CityHop's delivery solutions, identify opportunities, develop relationships with business owners and managers, and help grow CityHop's business customer network.

What You'll Do

About the Role

CityHop Delivery is looking for a reliable and organized Part-Time Business Development & CRM Assistant to help us follow up with businesses that have already been contacted by our team.

This is a remote part-time role focused on business follow-up, relationship building, CRM updates, and handling incoming CityHop calls during scheduled work hours. You will not be responsible for cold prospecting. Your primary responsibility will be following up with businesses that have already received an email or other communication from CityHop.

What You'll Do

• Follow up with approximately 25 businesses per day that have previously been contacted by CityHop.
• Complete approximately 50 business follow-ups per week.
• Make professional follow-up calls to businesses and introduce yourself as a CityHop representative.
• Answer incoming CityHop business-related calls during your scheduled hours.
• Record call outcomes, responses, questions, and follow-up requirements in the CRM.
• Update business contact information and communication records accurately.
• Schedule follow-ups for businesses that request additional information or another call.
• Identify businesses that show interest in CityHop's delivery services and flag them for further follow-up.
• Report common objections, questions, concerns, and business needs to the CityHop team.
• Maintain organized and accurate CRM records after every conversation.

What We're Looking For

• Professional and confident telephone communication.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Comfortable speaking with business owners, managers, and staff.
• Ability to consistently follow up and keep accurate records.
• Comfortable using computers, email, spreadsheets, and CRM systems.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Customer service, sales, administrative, or business development experience is an asset.

Schedule & Compensation

• Schedule: Tuesday and Wednesday
• Hours: 2 hours per day
• Total: 4 hours per week
• Pay: $20 CAD per hour
• Work Location: Remote

This role is a good fit for someone who enjoys communicating with people, staying organized, following up on opportunities, and keeping business information accurate.

You should be comfortable making professional phone calls, asking questions, listening carefully, and documenting each conversation clearly.
